Preparing for the New Year...

Shopping and then dressed and ready to go out for lunch in our Punjabi suits. Carts with colorful paints for the New Year!

City tour!

Today we toured the city and did some shopping. At the mall everyone was "frisked" before entry. We took a rickshaw back to the hotel. The beeping horns are constant!

Internet is not working...

Gmail is blocked here in India at hotel so no blog for a few days. Will try to keep updating but if you want immediately follow us on Facebook as we can access this : ) It is 7 am on 12/30 and we are getting ready for breakfast and to explore the town.

WE MADE IT....

We made it to India and are at the hotel. It was a long 43 hour journey but we are all excited to finally be here. It is 745 pm here. We did stop off at Paris for a layover and got to see the Eiffel tower.

We leave for our adventure to India on December 27th. Our bags are packed and we are ready!! We hope you can join us on this journey. We want to thank all our family, friends and donors who have made it possible for us to bring HOPE to India.
